Nice place near city friendly reception , recommend it 🙏

The service we received was excellent. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We were given room 405, which was spacious, with very comfortable beds and good lighting. It was clean, and the hotel was generally very clean. The only thing to keep in mind is the location; it might not be ideal at night. It's perfectly fine during the day.

Hotel is close to the old town and has a private secure car park. The area seemed a little run down but a very short walk took us into the old town and some fabulous tapas bars. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and functional. The room small but comfortable.

I don't usually write reviews, much less negative ones. But I think it's important that people staying at this hotel know about the condition of the rooms because they pose a health hazard. My room was infested with bed bugs. I returned home with over fifty bites on my face, neck, arms, and back, plus a massive allergic reaction. I contacted the hotel to ask them to please check the rooms for future guests, but they completely ignored me, saying no one had complained. Now, looking at other guests' reviews, several report bed bugs in their rooms.

We stayed at the hotel for two days. The receptionist was very kind and professional. The room was quite decent for the money we paid, with a beautiful view from the sixth floor. The price of daily parking in the hotel garage was also reasonable. Some people complain about the neighborhood where there are a lot of immigrants of other races, but I can say that at no point did I feel unsafe or have any inconvenience, even when we were walking the streets late at night.

Lovely small hotel. Room are basic but very comfortable. No complaints at all. Very helpful friendly staff.
