The worst hotel experience ever. You file a complaint and they don't even bother to respond. Their customer service is appalling and they lie to your face. Since 2024, I've been trying to get a refund because we didn't go to the hotel. They told us that if I was 17, I could go with the consent of my mother/father or legal guardian, but once there, they told us that the minor had to sleep with their parents, that the refund would take 24-48 hours, and we've been complaining for two years and nobody tells us anything.
Horrible!!!! Tiny rooms. If you're over 5'7", your feet will dangle. The bathroom has no door, and toiletries are scarce. It's just two sachets of shower gel/shampoo per person. The wardrobe is a rack for four hangers. The "small" light is brighter than the ceiling light. Breakfast consists of a capsule coffee, dry toast, margarine, and jam in sticks, and it's charged separately at €10!!! There's no elevator, and the stairs are narrow and steep. Another guest had water leaking from the shower under the door. Very expensive for what it is. Horrible!!!!!
Very basic hotel, small and bare room, shower with curtains, but clean and the bed is not bad.
Very pleasant welcome, clean room and a nice €5 breakfast, quiet hotel
