Very nice staff, especially the greeters at the door - always welcoming and smiling. Rooms were comfortable, nice bedding, and the shower was fantastic. It can be loud at night, but that should be expected for the center of Ibiza. The hotel provided ear plugs and complementary water. The rooftop was never busy during the day (we were there in early June) and we were able to get seating on a bed both days. It is important to note that you will have direct sun during the day, even with umbrellas over the beds, as they cannot be adjusted. We weren't able to stay too long because it was too much sun for our liking. The pool is very nice and a good size for a rooftop - quiet background music, nice staff. The restaurant by the lobby is fine - slower than normal service and higher than normal pricing. There are other places in the immediate area that have better value. The hotel's location is perfect for walking all over Ibiza Town. We enjoyed that aspect of the hotel the most.
Hotel is decent, but service is pretty lousy. Staff all think they are Instagram influencers and too busy being cool to actually provide good service.
