Spectacular hotel, quiet, fully restored facilities, very large rooms, bathroom with whirlpool tub, breakfast with high-quality and varied products, very professional and friendly service from the hotel staff.

A hotel with fantastic views in a charming village. The restaurant is excellent; many locals dine there because of its quality. But the best thing, without a doubt, is the staff—incredibly warm, incredibly attentive, and always on top of every detail. We will definitely be back.

I stayed in the best room on the property, and everything was clean and in good condition, but the jacuzzi wasn't working when we used it at night, at a time when we couldn't call anyone. The next morning, they told us a guy would come up to fix it in half an hour at most, and after an hour and a half passed and no one came, we decided to get dressed and leave. At that precise moment, the guy knocked on the door and went straight into the room, catching my partner completely naked as she was changing. When we went down to check out, I didn't say anything to the receptionist because there was another couple arriving and I didn't want them to get the wrong idea and ruin their stay. The location and the rest of the service were very good, but there are details that make all the difference.

This hotel is a paradise, a place to disconnect and spend a few relaxing days. The location is perfect, in a very quiet area yet very close to the town center and the beach. The rooms are spotless and the service is excellent. I highly recommend having lunch or dinner at the hotel because the chef is fantastic and the food is spectacular.

A little corner of paradise, but on earth...Excellent meals.

Very nice hotel manager. Good breakfast and friendly waiter. Large room with comfortable mattresses. Bathroom freezing cold. Very nice location. Room quiet by Spanish standards.

I didn't stay at the hotel; I went to eat at the restaurant, and I must say the food was delicious. The dishes were very well prepared, the service was excellent, and the waitress was very friendly and attentive. The price was reasonable for the quality of the food. I highly recommend the mango Ajoblanco; it was fantastic. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll definitely go back.

We stayed two nights in this beautiful, very comfortable hotel with charming staff. Everything was going very well… until our second night. At 4:15 a.m., an alarm went off and blared until 6:00 a.m. A deafening, extremely stressful noise. We had booked a room to rest, not to spend the night on our feet… We got dressed to try and find someone from the hotel: no one was there. In the morning, we explained the situation to the manager at reception. His reaction? A laugh, followed by a “Well, that’s just how it is!” No gesture of goodwill, no apology. And as he left, a sarcastic “See you next time!” An incredibly arrogant attitude. It’s a real shame, because the hotel is very beautiful and the staff (excluding management) are lovely. But a manager who makes fun of his guests and minimizes their discomfort leaves a bitter taste. Also worth noting is a real problem with soundproofing between the rooms. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but here, the disregard for the customer deserves to be highlighted. A hotel can be beautiful, but it's not perfect… a bit like its manager.
