We loved the apartment, the central location, the cleanliness and the service

It was a wonderful weekend, we really enjoyed it except that it was very noisy. The rooms are shared with a connecting door and our neighbors seemed to be inside our room. We didn't get much rest because they were shouting a lot on the phone and it felt like we were sharing a bed.

Beautiful suites with very elegant and beautiful furnishings, they seem to have been tastefully designed by an interior designer. The fragrance emanates from the entrance to the room. Top-notch cleanliness. The cleaning ladies are very kind. Excellent location, just steps from the sea. The agency staff and directions are excellent. If you need underground parking, the agency will reserve it for you, and it's located just steps from the property. If I return to Las Palmas, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Absolutely 1st class place to stay, better than any hotel I’ve stayed in around the same area, extremely clean and tidy amazingly comfortable bed. Within waking distance to everything The contact and customer service was top class also from start to finish so helpful and attentive if we are coming back will most definitely stay here

We had the pleasure of staying at Gran Marina Suites and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms, with their kitchens and bathrooms, were quite spacious and had everything we needed. The cleanliness was impeccable. It's very close to Las Canteras Beach and the port market. We will definitely return.

Update 2026: We've stayed there twice more since then. Now there are four of us. That's no problem at all, and there's plenty of room. On our first evening, due to a misunderstanding, we didn't have a third bed in the room. Since no one was there, we couldn't get another bed. Instead, they gave us a second room at short notice. A great solution! Thank you. On our next visit, they specifically notified us on Saturday when our room was ready. This meant we could check in at around 9:45 a.m. instead of the usual 2:00 p.m. Simply fantastic. The best thing, however, is the easy communication via WhatsApp. The extra bed, which is about 1.8 meters long, isn't the most comfortable, but we put the mattress toppers from the double bed on it. This made it exactly the same height, so we had a huge family bed. 2025: We had a wonderful Mediterano Suite with a toddler (2 years old). There was an extra small (perhaps 1.8 meters long) bed for the toddler. The rooms look new and modern, just like in the photos. The kitchen is well-equipped, including some snacks, cloths, dish soap, etc. The fully automated PIN-lock system is fantastic. It ensures you always get in. We had very friendly contact via WhatsApp. There are plenty of dining options nearby.

It's okay! Good place and amenities, but it lacks a luggage storage area and some kitchen equipment.

We stayed two nights in the Africa apartment, two adults and one child. The staff was very attentive; we booked everything online via WhatsApp, and it was fantastic. They were very friendly and quick to answer any questions. The apartment was fully equipped with thoughtful touches like towels and a beach bag, as well as several bottles of water and snacks. Everything was very clean, with beautiful and functional furniture and decor. The location is fantastic, just a three-minute walk from the beach and next to the Mercado del Puerto (Port Market), where you can eat or have a glass of wine in a great atmosphere. There's live music on Sundays. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, modern suites with exceptional decor. Everything is very stylish, and the fully equipped kitchen makes for a very pleasant stay. We even booked a second time a few days later because we enjoyed it so much. The second room was also beautiful. The location is fantastic – ideal for a few days in Las Palmas. I'd love to come back!

Excellent! We stayed for a weekend. We took our dog for a test that's only offered at Gran Canaria, and they were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The suite was great; we had everything we needed, it was very clean, and the cutlery looked brand new. It's very well located. They don't have a garage, but they can arrange parking for you at a car park 80 meters away. Paula, thank you so much for everything, we'll be back!

I loved everything. The hotel has an excellent location, the rooms are spacious, bright, and airy. Everything is very clean and well-stocked, with towels, shower gel, soap, etc. There's also a welcome kit. Everything is very well organized; I received all the information, including automatic check-in and check-out, and you can rent a parking space nearby for only 15 euros. Overall, I recommend it 100%, and we will definitely return to this hotel.
