Our experience in the restaurant was slow from the very start. We had ordered 4 items in which two were delayed we had waited over 20 minutes for them ( people who were seated after us were getting served before us) we had spoken with a server in which our issue raised was brushed off and no compensation for the delay was given, not to mention the food itself was very poor. We had ordered braves which was cold and tasted mushy and felt undercooked What really let us down even further was the attitude from the servers and staff members in which all of this faces were tripping them, couldn’t crack a smile for the life of them. We had asked the server to remove the service charge as the service was absolutely terrible and disappointing. She flat out refused and didn’t even apologise for the inconvenience I wouldn’t recommend going here it looks good from the outside but your not paying for your experience nor good to the correct standard

For €30, two of us ate; we weren't stuffed, but we were satisfied, and the food was delicious. The service was excellent.

Great place for a meal or tapas... I would recommend it without hesitation... it's on my list of places to visit every time I come down from Extremadura. I wanted to emphasize something very important besides the excellent food... it's the service. I have to commend the waiter "Adolfo" first for his professionalism. He's by far the best at tray service. He carries a large tray, which he only balances with two or three fingers' width, at a height above his shoulders. I already told Eduardo to give him a raise. 300 euros... 😄😄... Why? Because his performance is amazing. I also wanted to mention the waitress with the bun and glasses... I consider her a little ant... she never stops... 😄😄... My experience was a 10 out of 10, and of course, a shout-out to Eduardo (the owner) for knowing how to manage a business that sees hundreds of people every day, which is no easy feat.
