I very rarely give 5 stars to a place but this one deserves it. We stumbled upon it by chance, through a Google search, and we were the only customers for most of the night - mind you, we arrived early! The food was amazing, every plate original in its on way. My absolute favourite was their sea rendition of the French onion soup; my partner’s was the vegetarian milfeuille. Even though we didn’t opt for the tasting menu because my partner is a bit particular with what he eats, what we ordered à la carte was served one by one in separate plates, creating the tasting menu experience regardless, with just the right breaks between courses. But by far the best was the service. From the first moment, Emiliano made us feel extremely welcome and we could feel he exudes professionalism. He’s the best kind of waiter: knowledgeable, attentive, someone who can read the customers and make them feel cared for. My partner said that he’s set the standard of perfection for him on what to expect from a waiter moving forward! By far the best meal, not only in san Agustín, but also in the whole of the island during our 2-week holiday. Best of luck with the project, Emiliano!

The experience has been unbeatable. The food is of great quality with incredible flavors. The service is magnificent, they made us feel at home. Exquisite haute cuisine

We had heard wonderful things about the restaurant, but yesterday's experience exceeded all our expectations. The owner, Emiliano, was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. Furthermore, his cuisine was a huge surprise: carefully prepared dishes, full of flavor, and impeccably presented. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place that we hope to return to.

We had dinner there yesterday, and the owner's service was SPECTACULAR. The food was incredible, and the recommendations were fantastic. I don't think there's a place in San Agustín as delicious, unique, and classy as this. Congratulations! All the accolades are well-deserved.

To tell the truth, every time I go to Gran Canaria, about 3 or 4 times a year, I go to this wonderful restaurant with my family. What can I say? I spend an evening like this in very few restaurants, even in Italy. An elegant, refined location, with just the right amount of minimalism and great taste. Table service by Emiliano, the owner, makes you feel so pampered every time you visit, you'll want to start eating again right from the entrance. The food is sublime, a true delight for the palate, thanks to Chef Alessio, who never fails to amaze. Every dinner becomes a unique and unforgettable experience, and when you leave, you can't wait to return to taste other dishes and be pampered by Emiliano's elegance and sophistication! Well done, guys, keep surprising us every time!

Excellent restaurant, Alessio in the kitchen and Emiliano in the dining room are fantastic. Every time we go to Gran Canaria, we never miss a dinner at this special, high-quality place. We know the island very well, having lived there for a long time, and I can assure you it's one of the best restaurants on the island. They make the evening special and memorable. Kudos to the manager and all the staff!!

Highly recommended. Yes, it is a bit more pricey than average here. But it is worth every penny. The menu is very exclusive, with dishes you don't get on your plate every day. The staff, the Italian waiter in particular, is incredibly friendly. Take your time to sit down there.
