Every time I come to Valencia for a visit, I stay at this guesthouse and I'm simply delighted with the place. The rooms are excellent: comfortable, very well-equipped, and very reasonably priced for the quality they offer. The place is quiet, very quiet, and everything is very well organized and spotless. A special thank you to Francy, the receptionist, who is a sweetheart! Always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything needed. I feel very welcome every time I come. It's a place I recommend without hesitation, and without a doubt, while I'm in Valencia, it will always be my first choice for accommodation!

Having just arrived from Valencia International Airport, we decided to stay in the city. Based on price, we chose Hotel Ruos, and honestly, we couldn't ask for more! The value for money is extremely good, which is why I checked Google Maps to review it. However, I was surprised to read several reviews that were completely negative and could even put a bad impression on anyone considering staying at this small but unique hotel. The claim that there is nighttime disturbance in the hallways is completely untrue. The claim that there is any outside noise is also completely untrue. Although it's located on a busy street, thanks to its double-glazed windows and doors, once closed, the noise is minimal, or even nonexistent. It is completely and utterly untrue that any guests are engaged in activities other than simply relaxing and enjoying time with their partner, even though it seems there is the option to rent rooms by the hour. It is completely untrue that the cleaning is lacking. It is absolutely true that we had a wonderful time at this little city hotel. Note: It would be helpful if the contact phone line could be answered more attentively, even though it's a hostel. I'm referring to answering calls 24 hours a day. The room was well-equipped with a terrace, comfortable bedding, everything was very clean and there was no noise at night (my room faced inland). I will come back because it was also economical... Thank you

I want to share my experience with a reservation I made and how, unfortunately, I was denied access to the room. I also want to highlight the lack of support I received from Booking.com in this situation. I made the reservation accidentally due to a flight delay, which meant I had to arrive in Valencia first thing in the morning. Less than 10 minutes after confirming the reservation, I contacted the hotel to cancel it. Furthermore, within the first 30 hours, I submitted a cancellation request to Booking.com at no extra cost. In the end, the hotel informed me that Booking.com had rejected the cancellation, while Booking.com told me it was the hotel that denied it. Despite explaining my situation to the hotel and requesting that I be allowed to use the room in the morning, at least to shower, they refused. Even though I didn't use the room, they charged me 100% of the cost. I consider this situation completely unfair, and I am disappointed by Booking.com's lack of support. After this experience, I will never use this platform again.

Excellent place, absolutely beautiful. Room 207 was truly wonderful, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. We were greeted by Francy, a super friendly girl with top-notch service. A beautiful place to spend time as a couple, with a gorgeous terrace. Thank you for your hospitality; we will be back.

This is serious, read it. I've never had a worse experience in my life. First of all, I went there for a finance event and stumbled upon a place that works with escorts. Up to that point, no problem. Everyone can do what they want with their body. NOW, the place couldn't be more disgusting. I don't care if you have an escort service there as a front, but if I'm going to stay there, I can't expect to find: • A dirty bed. • Disgusting pillows. • Cushions stained with white liquid. • An armchair covered in oil. • A poorly glued-on piece of paper with spelling mistakes. • Dirty faucets. • A broken wardrobe. • A strange bleach smell. • All night long, escorts were constantly coming and going from the rooms, making a lot of noise. • No heating (it wasn't working). • No blankets, and the only one there was disgusting. • Etc., etc., etc. I slept on the bottom half of the bed without any cover. I didn't shower because I was disgusted. The worst experience of my life. And I don't know if I'll be able to get my money back somehow, but I'm seriously considering suing them. What a miserable night. I only stayed because there was nowhere else to go (since I arrived late from the event). Otherwise, I'd send them a piece of my mind and leave. I've attached photos so you can see I'm not lying. The only thing is I don't have photos of the cushions, nor can I attach audio recordings where escort women keep coming around me ALL NIGHT LONG.

Spacious room with a working TV, clean bathroom, the toilet seat was in bad shape (this is becoming a common problem in the rooms). The downside is that there's no elevator; I stayed on the first floor, but the others... For the price, it's a recommendable place.
