Lovely hotel, centrally located, reception staff very nice, very good breakfast.

Has become a really bad hotel, smells musty both in the elevator, corridors and foyer, rude staff at the reception incredibly poor service sense, shows bully attitudes, not good to be met by that already at check-in The beds are like hammocks. Have stayed at the hotel many times before but now it has become incredibly bad, No, that hotel will never be again

Really good hotel close to the ferry terminal to Helsingør

Perfect accommodation but gets 2 minuses Unfortunately the room was facing the terminal & felt like you had eyes on you all the time & the TV was a bit small for the room & misplaced. The breakfast was fantastic as well as the staff at the hotel. Maybe a bit understaffed in the bar Central location to the fantastic castle park & ​​shopping
