Hello! I am very dissatisfied with my stay with you. I booked and paid for a single room with a private shower and toilet, which is also clearly stated in my booking confirmation. Upon arrival, I was instead given a room with eight single beds without a private shower or toilet, which is completely different from what I actually booked. The most remarkable thing, however, was that the reception directly chose to blame the booking company instead of taking responsibility for the situation. As a guest, it is not my problem who caused the error — I should be able to trust that the booking I received confirmed is also correct when I arrive. After discussion, I was finally given another room, but only for one night. After that, I was again expected to move to a room without a shower and toilet, even though my booking clearly stated the opposite. This is not acceptable and does not correspond in any way to what was advertised or what I paid for. I therefore chose to end my stay and will not book with you again. Regards, Pelle

The hotel room was small but clean, and you should mind that the bathroom is outside of your room, in the corridor. Our stay was good, but on the last day we went down from our room at 8 am to eat our breakfast (which is part of the price, and breakfast is till 9 am) but to our suprise the breakfast room was closed. We stayed there waiting for around 30 minutes and when we asked one of the staff members she said that she has "no information" about the breakfast. Then we tried to call the hotels number but no one picked up the phone, so we eventually gave up. And we werent the only ones who were waiting for the breakfast.

I have one reservation about the bathroom and toilet, which are private but located in the hallway.

The room and bathroom were exactly as described, and both were clean and comfortable when I arrived. Even though the bathroom was external but private, it was clean at the start. The location is also very good—very practical and convenient. However, there were several issues during my stay. The most serious one was that someone used my private bathroom. I noticed this on my third day (so during the second night) and reported it to reception. The only thing they did was cancel one of my access cards, but there was no real acknowledgement of the issue, no explanation, and no apology. For something like a private bathroom being used by someone else, that response felt very insufficient. Room cleaning was also inconsistent. I stayed four nights, and the room was only cleaned once. One other time they tried while I was in a meeting, but after that there was no further attempt. The breakfast experience varied a lot. On Saturday and Sunday it worked well, but on Friday and Monday many things were missing—coffee ran out and took a long time to be refilled, and items like eggs and bacon were missing. It felt quite disorganized on those days. Finally, at checkout my card stopped working before the official checkout time, so I couldn’t enter my room or bathroom anymore, which was frustrating. Overall, the room itself and the location are good, but there are clearly several areas where the hotel could improve, particularly in access control, housekeeping consistency, and breakfast organization.

Very nice hotel!

Since I am here for work and have chosen the type of room I have, there is nothing to complain about. Small cozy room with TV and comfortable bed. Private toilet with shower in the corridor. The staff is nice. The breakfast is just okay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in December. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city, and it’s right near the bus, which was super convenient. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety and very tasty options. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam – truly a top-notch experience!

This accommodation does not deserve even one star; unfortunately, giving less is not an option. The room we booked was extremely small, very cramped and uncomfortable. The photos clearly show how limited the space was. There were visible moisture issues under the windows, which is concerning. Additionally, fiberglass insulation was exposed in the room and not properly covered, only partially hidden behind a wooden panel. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and safety. There was no central heating, which is unacceptable in Sweden. Instead, the room relied on a small electric heater, which was insufficient and made the stay uncomfortable. The cleanliness was also very poor. Dust was visible everywhere; please refer to the photos and videos for evidence. Finally, the staff’s attitude was disappointing. They were not welcoming or friendly and appeared to interact with guests only out of obligation rather than genuine hospitality. Overall, this experience completely ruined our vacation to Sweden. I strongly do not recommend this place to other travelers.

Clean, the breakfast is good. The rooms are a bit cold. The location is somewhat inconvenient; it's about 30 minutes from central Stockholm (Gamla Stan) and you have to take a bus and metro. The price is economical, but keep in mind the cost of transportation. Good service, thank you.

Very good nice

I don't really have anything negative to say, they met our needs. However, it would have been nice to have a beer in the bar when we arrived. The room was good, the sofa bed was very hard to sleep in. There was also a fan noise all night which didn't bother me as the tinnitus got better. The breakfast was okay, the bread was a bit dry otherwise quite okay.
