Not recommended. The rooms are small, run down, and noisy. The location is exactly as it looks on the map as an industrial area. Operate with minimal staff on site, service is below par. I will not set foot here again.

Location is great, but outdated, minimal breakfast, not a lot of comfort

One of the better hotels. The staff is something you can be proud of. Nice welcome and always accommodating. Highly recommend it.

Everything, absolutely everything...from the staff whom I greet with respect to the room, shower, bed, breakfast, everything is perfect!

Small hotel with great service. Clean and nice with friendly staff.

Very small room but otherwise perfectly ok for sleeping

Very good! Nice room, just the right size. Nice bathroom. Restaurant with a good menu available. Would stay there again if I had a course or conference in Västerås again.

Really friendly staff they are the reason it gets as high as 3 stars. Management needs to allocate more money to regular maintenance since it looks a bit rundown. Also the cleaning in public areas needs to improve a lot. My room was clean.

Overall good experience stayed there for two nights.
