The bed is ssuuuper comfortable!! View is absolutely gorgeous, its clean everywhere. I just don't like that they didn't gave an option to use the gym without shoes, they didn't let in people. And the gym is empty. What a pity

The view is great! Breakfast buffet is full with options, but it should be included in the price or cheaper. You should spend time in Spa, great experience and there is always free space.

I've stayed in many hotels throughout my life, but Wyndham Grand İzmir Özdilek truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we checked in, the friendly and professional staff made us feel special. Every corner of the hotel was spotless; we didn't experience a single negative point regarding cleanliness. The sufficient number of staff also reflected in the quality of service; they were always ready to help whenever we needed anything. The view from our room was magnificent. The spa and pool areas were extremely clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. I want to make a special mention of the breakfast. Both the quality and variety of the products were incredible. When we sat down at the table, we really couldn't decide what to eat. Everything was fresh, carefully prepared, and very delicious. What truly makes such a high-quality facility special is its staff. From the reception to the restaurant team, from housekeeping to the spa staff, everyone was friendly, attentive, and passionate about their work. I sincerely thank the entire team for creating this wonderful atmosphere. Wyndham Grand İzmir Özdilek has been one of the most successful hotels I have ever stayed in. It will definitely be our first choice for future visits to İzmir. I would like to thank everyone involved and hope they maintain this high quality for many years to come.

We checked in yesterday and are leaving today. We exceeded our expectations in just one day, and we thank the hotel management for that. From the welcome to the farewell, all the staff, from the service personnel to the housekeeping, were smiling and polite. Everything is very hygienic. The spa, pool, rooms, and restaurant are all top-notch. The rooms are very spacious and the view is fantastic. It fully deserves the price it charges. Congratulations. (Finally, the treats you offered upon arrival were a very thoughtful gesture, and special thanks to the receptionist, Mr. Emre.)

Hello, I have stayed here many times before. I have also stayed with my family many times. It is generally our only choice for business trips. However, during my last stay of 2 nights, I encountered an extremely negative situation. Very disturbing noises were clearly audible throughout the corridor from the room next door. On the 2nd night, I requested a room change and they did so because the same person was staying in the same room. It seems that these kinds of things have become very easy, as if they are normal now. Many families and those with children stay here, and this should be carefully monitored. It should definitely be prevented and not allowed. It is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this quality. It is very easy to enter from downstairs and go upstairs. Unfortunately, I am no longer considering staying here.

A clean, tidy, and beautiful hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall, we were very satisfied and would wholeheartedly recommend it.

this is the third time I'm staying in this hotel. This time I would stay for two nights. I had a big surprise when I have arrived to the reception desk. Although I made the booking for two person, they have told me the booking is for one person and they have asked for €60 extra from me. I had to pay for it otherwise my room can be canceled and I had to pay cancellation fee. It is a terrible feeling when you come to happily and you have very bad surprises. I would not advise this hotel to anybody. Especially if you use the wyndham website, they fake you. although you think you make the reservation for two person the price is for two person actually they booked for one person. Terrible experience. Keep away from this hotel. I had the same experience in 2023 and this time I was managed to cancel without paying any fee

I usually come here for events; the venues and meeting rooms are quite adequate.
