The hotel is close to Taksim Square, about 3 km away, and near Istiklal Street.

The location is near Istiklal Street and Taksim Square. It's not suitable for families at all. The single beds are very small.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ahmed. Throughout our entire stay at the hotel, he was consistently friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. We would particularly like to emphasize his fluent English, which made communication even easier and more enjoyable for us. He immediately assisted us with any questions we had, offered valuable advice, and ensured that we always felt welcome and well cared for. Thanks to his dedication and professionalism, our stay was even more enjoyable and memorable. He is the kind of employee any hotel would wish for!

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The rooms were decent, though some were broken, but the receptionists were exploitative and their service was poor. They didn't give you anything, they didn't clean the rooms, and their attitude was provocative. The Turks, except for Ahmed the Sudanese, were respectable.

The lady who handled my check-in in the evening was truly very respectful and hospitable, as she should be, and I thank her for that. However, the morning I was checking out, your employee at the reception desk said something I couldn't understand, something like, "There are already towels in your room, we don't throw towels on the floor," when I asked for a towel. But she sent them 5 minutes later, thankfully. Later, when I called the room for check-out and said I had booked a "late check-out," she retorted something like, "This is a hotel, check-in time is 2 pm, check-out time is 12 pm, you must have misunderstood." I don't think I'll choose this place again. This isn't hotel management or service industry; it's like they're running a greengrocer's shop.

We have been travelling from the past over decades and been to several part of the world. I must say the people who works here are awesome and never found such a good staff. Location you can't beat at all, it's at the center of taksim 2 mins walk to the famous istiklal street. it's value for money and comfortable place
