Excellent service, Shesh is very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and in short walking distance to the train station.
Can't fault the service amazing, shesh is great so funny and helpful. The only thing i can say is the smell in the bathroom when the extractor fan is on is not delightful
Very good if you want to stay in city center with major attractions near by plus the New Street Train station where you can commute to the whole of the country easily
Fantastic hotel with very friendly and considerate staff. Safdar at reception was very polite and helpful
The air conditioner is not blowing air.
Some rooms on the S floors at the back are on the side of the boiler chimney which noisy during night it kept me awake
