Went to Eden recently for a friend's birthday and had a brilliant time. Probably one of the best atmospheres

Went into Eden for a private event on a sunday afternoon. Not visited Eden since it was in the pub at the end of Hurst Street!! We were using the bar upstairs, which was fairly big, and has an outdoor terrace apparently, though I didn't see that. Friendly bar staff. Video screen at one end, which someone hooked their phone up to for our 80s themed event.

Amazing bar!!! Can't praise the guys here enough! Always a great time in Eden. Thank you guys

The best gay bar in Birmingham. A great vibe, friendly staff, and a well-kept, clean venue. I only discovered it recently but always enjoy my time at Eden :)

Absolutely fantastic venue and very clean always make you feel welcome they have fantastic acts every weekend we always have a brilliant night the staff are all very friendly and a credit to the venue #bestplaceinbirminghamgayvillage

So im from St Austell and a few friends and I decided to visit Birmingham for the weekend. Now I've never been to Eden nor have my friends, but we have heard good things about Eden. It's nice and big with 2 levels and a terraces with a photo booth and a pool table all good. Now I don't drink alcohol so I stuck to soft drinks, J20, cola etc. The 2nd time I went to the bar to get a J20 i was told that ive had enough! 'Enough of what exactly' I said. The question was completely ignored and I was refused service from there on. No explanation at all. If I was drunk I could understand, but I don't drink alcohol! This member of staff was just rude and on power trip maybe. Will not be returning.
