Came here for a special event and found it a really friendly place. Great selection of food and drinks at sensible prices. 5 minutes walk from Princess St .

Had a tasty meal from the new brunch menu. Smashed avocado with smoked salmon and a very nicely spiced Bloody Mary. Well priced menu, helpful staff and lovely decor. Will be back to try something else.

Christ get a new DJ. Bar has potential. The DJ has none.

Lovely brunch, eggs benedict and eggs bloomindict were fantastic and the service from Kirsty and Neve was also great! Give them a raise!!!

Okay… where do I even begin. The vibe? Very young, very trying, and just a little too in love with itself. You know when a place thinks it’s iconic… but no one told the guests? Yeah. That. There’s a fine line between confident and pretentious, and somehow CC Blooms pole-vaulted right over it. The energy was giving “you can sit with us… but only if we approve your outfit, your drink order, and your entire personality.” And then… the moment. A man actively trying to get people kicked out because they were sitting in his seat. HIS. SEAT. Not a reserved sign, not staff intervention, just pure main character energy in the wild. I genuinely didn’t know whether to laugh or applaud the commitment to chaos. Instead of fun chaos, though, it just felt… uncomfortable. Like everyone was performing instead of actually enjoying themselves. Honestly, it’s a shame, because you want a place like this to feel welcoming and alive. But instead, it felt like a social audition no one asked for. The total: more attitude than atmosphere, more ego than enjoyment. Would I go back? Not unless I’m booking his seat in advance.

Went there for food. Told it was possible to order within 30- 40 min. Ordered drinks (good extensive menu) in pursuance of having food therewith. Told kitchen was closed. Otherwise friendly place but dissapointed.

Super nice Staff and good Drinks

CC blooms Made my Edinburgh trip a highlight. Later in the evening, this place was bustling with energy and laughter. The security team and bartenders were professional, fun, and engaging. This is a well-managed venue that knows how to cater to visitors. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area to give it a visit.
