Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience and stay at the hotel. Great service from stuff, especially Veronica and ben who were very kind, friendly, funny, made great meal suggestions. I highly recommend.

Very disappointing experience. I had to cancel my booking due to travelling, which was not my fault. I explained the situation to the staff on chat, but they showed very little understanding or care. I expected better customer service from them.

Bit out of the way location wise but staff are really helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

This is a fantastic modern hotel. A little outside Sheffield city but plenty of space and good views from the higher floors. Young, attentive staff that are friendly and attentive. This seems to be one of the few moderately-priced hotels that still offer room service and very well made food at that. We'll definitely return when staying over in Sheffield. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and a massive TV!

I needed access to a computer and Chris directed me to the guest computer area space. Was very grateful as I had allot of work to do and needed quick access. 10/10

Soham was fantastic , had a wonderful experience dining at breakfast and the food was also great (lots of options).

Had a wicked experience , Betty was very helpful and supportive. Appreciate all the staff that catered to my dirty requirements and overall generally a good vibe.

Close to motorway and a shopping outlet with supermarket.
