Hale Farm Campsite

If you are looking for a campsite to switch off and relax around a campfire under the stars, you seriously couldn’t do better then Hale Farm. It is our families favourite campsite. I call it my happy place, as we have made 9 years of fabulous memories there. Scott comes around every evening with (reasonably priced) wood, eggs and local produce, and we always visit the farm to see the animals, especially our favourites Bailey & Oreo, the donkeys who can be heard calling out over the field of an evening. The facilities are clean and well maintained and constantly being added to. The amazing owners Scott & Ruth are very welcoming and only a call or a text away if you need something. The fact so many of the other campers we meet on site have been going to Hale Farm for a number of years, shows how much of a loved place it is.

Very nice campsite surrounded by beautiful countryside, and the owners are really friendly and chilled. Lots of animals to look at on the farm, too. The toilets were always clean, and stocked with toilet roll and soap. Would definitely go again. Only thing to note is that there's not much signal and the nearest pubs are a bit of a walk but if you're okay with that I can't recommend it enough

Always love coming here year after year, we usually camp but this year opted for bell tents. They were incredibly clean along with the facilities. The best thing was having our own shower and toilet. The farm visit every morning was brilliant as the kids love the animals. We would recommend that if you have children that like technology then bring enough power banks as there's no electricity here. We are looking at getting one big one for next year that lasts all week. Would definitely recommend here.

Been Camping all my life and Hale Farm is our go to Campsite now. Spotless facilities, spacious pitches all set in amazing surroundings. Goats,Donkeys,Alpacas plenty of animals to see. 6 Bells pub and the Gun brewery both withing a 15 min walk. Have stayed in the very luxurious Barn conversion as well all I can say is Wow!!! But the camping is where I'm at sitting outside around a fire at night it doesn't get much better. Can't wait for our next visit.

Really lovely campsite , good facilities and in a really nice area . walking distance to a good local pub the only downside is there is absolutely no phone signal on the campsite

A real treasure of a campsite. Friendly, well run, quality over quantity. Been a few times now.

Beautiful site surrounded by trees. Huge pictures. Peaceful at night. Very clean facilities.

We had a wonderful first camping experience at hale. We were on one of the glamping bell tents. The facilities were amazing so well thought out. Meat, eggs and logs delivered to your door. The rain didn’t dampen our fun and the farm was great for saying hi to the animals in the morning. Thank you Ruth and scott.

We had such a lovely few days here camping with our two little ones. Great camp site. Friendly owners. The site is well organised and run . Facilties were very clean and tidy . Our kids loved visiting the farm and meeting all the animals. We enjoyed the fire and stargazing in the evenings . Such a lovely experience and family memories made here. Thank you 😊 we will definitely return .
