Described outside as an hotel with rooms!? Which begs the question if a hotel without rooms, would it be an hotel. Anyway a bit of a maze to find rooms, but nothing too horrific. Well equipped rooms and a solid, if not spectacular dining options for evening meals. Breakfast was a mixture of self service and service to the table. Overall good value and not an unpleasant stay

Stayed here overnight while visiting family in the area. Lovely clean and comfortable rooms. Had breakfast and evening meal and both meals were excellent. Really friendly staff would definitely return here when visiting again.

We stayed for one night but I wish I could have stayed longer! We had breakfast and looked after by Pam, she’s very friendly and helpful. The portion of the breakfast is massive, a variety of beverages to choose from as well. Would recommend anyone nearby to plan their stay here

Great place to stay, everywhere I need to get to is accessible. Lovely breakfasts and helpful friendly staff. Shout out to Pam & Caroline whose hosting skills, warmth and customer engagement just make the stay even better!

Went here for dinner with a group of friends. The food and service were very good.
