Hotel floor was sticking like dead fish we choose to stay there as it was near our work place , we paid 60£ for room at 18:00 , 18:02 we decided not stay as rooms and hotel we’re sticking bad at reception Asian girl with specs were super DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE , ARROGANT and not customer friendly at all instead of understanding our situation she said my shift is finished and she walked off another person said I’m not authorised to do refunds or anything literally they were behaving like they don’t care at all about customers we lost our 60£ just for 2 mins

Unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option. The hotel is filthy, and the bathrooms and toilets are broken. You can't stay in a hotel like this; it's not a 3-star hotel, and even 1 star is too generous for this dump. Broken doors, electrical wires hanging out of the wall, a broken shower door, and no table or chair. It's simply a dump.

Fantastic experience, smooth check in. Excellent service from Jasmine at the reception. Made me feel welcome and well looked after. Told me about the local bars and checking in to see if I needed anything. Just simply being warm and friendly, honestly made a real difference to my stay.

The room was clean and looked newly done, and everything felt fresh. The girl at reception, Jasmine, was especially lovely- really helpful and friendly. You can tell the staff here genuinely care. With Diwali coming up, this place is ideal if you’re planning to shop or attend events. Everything is just 2 minutes walk away. Great location and a comfortable stay.

I’ve stayed here before and was pleased to see the rooms freshly painted and the bathrooms updated. It’s still a budget-friendly option, but feels more cared for now.

Stayed for two nights. Room was tidy, staff were polite , and the location worked well for me. No frills, but no complaints either.

Unless you are planning a haunted hotel themed event, I would avoid this place at all cost. In fact, you might find it more comfortable sleeping outside. The bathroom was Spartan. I've seen prison cells with more comfort than the bedroom that I stayed in. Not even a small TV. The bed was lumpy. There was no chair in the room and the storage was a shabby, but not sheek, cupboard. The bathroom was covered in black mold. It had a broken sink. The shower had not been cleaned.
