Door staff absolutely terrible. Attended last night with a group only to be told by door staff that we weren't gay enough. Unfortunately in this day and age discrimination against gender is unacceptable behaviour i asked to speak to a manager after asking that door staff began using an aggressive attitude then told us we didn't look right. Absolutely shameful and disrespectful and discriminatory. Ill be contacting management to discuss the unacceptable disgusting behaviour from door staff.

Used to love coming here and the queens are great but the bouncers are awful, leaving vulnerable members of the community on their own and clearly not members of the community themselves. Such a shame as I came here since 2016 but straight men on a power trip ruin it and make people feel really unwelcome

There's no airs and graces about SB. Affordable drinks, catchy tunes, a happy mixed crowd and friendly bar staff. Not much more to ask for really... Hold your nose when using the toilets. They need a good bleaching. Lol

Rudest entertainment staff ever especially blonde girl and lad with beard behind dj box ...Shocking

I was there on Sunday for my sisters birthday and I can honestly say I have never met such rude staff in my life I went over to lad with a beard and a blonde girl dressed in drag who were both behind the dj box and asked if they could wish her happy birthday and they both gave me a filthy look and said later with a very hostile attitude. An hour later still no mention. It was her 60th and she wanted to go round some gay bars. Why you would have them two working in your establishment is beyond me. I will never step foot in there again.

I have a disability which affects my balance I have not drank because of how it makes me look . The bouncer refused me entry when I was stone called sober . Discriminateing against my disability when I told.tuem what I was.dealing with . I told the security to get me the general manager but they refused . Should I carry around a letter from the surgeon who see' s me couple times a year ?.... Is that what it tak s for me to enjoy a sober night in town this is awfull
