James and Kieran were especially welcoming and gave the best service. Poured the best oints. And made the best cocktails. You can already tell we’ll be back 😜🤩😁🫢

Nice place. Although not good service. Cocktails come from a premixed bag although the price is normal. Watch the menu even though the menu seems to announce happy hour for the cocktails, be careful as classic cocktails DO NOT APPLY. Also, show announced, but no show today as it was Mighty Hoopla. Waiters were ok bit disappointed with the visit.

Came in for “one quick drink” and somehow Tom had me staying all night 😂 Absolute legend behind the bar — funny, charming, remembers everyone’s drink and somehow keeps the chaos together flawlessly. The Arch wouldn’t be the same without him. 10/10 service, dangerous levels of charisma, and probably responsible for half my hangovers. 🍸✨
