The Star of Bethnal Green

The Star of Bethnal Green is an LGBTQIA+ pub on Bethnal Green Road that has been part of the East End scene for well over a decade. The programme leans fun rather than polished: drag bingo, karaoke rooms you can book, and queer DJ and party nights at the weekend. It opens from 16:00 on weekdays and midday at weekends, until midnight most nights and 02:00 on Friday and Saturday; Sunday closes early. Bethnal Green tube is about ten minutes on foot. Check the website for what's on, because the crowd changes with the night.
