A great place to stay, no frills, but everything you need. Plenty of free parking, varied breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff etc.

Very good location and close to most of the shops and walking distance from 2 rivers shopping centre. Parking available. Rooms are clean and spacious. All in all will book again when in area.

Well located and on the cheaper side, our room was clean and of adequate size. Windows overlooked The Swan Pub, which was quite noisy, quite late. Breakfast was lovely but the dining room was clean but bit scruffy and tired. The staff were friendly and helpful.

So disappointed, mainly with the lack of communication or accountability by management but also with the quality, lack of cleanliness and functionality in my room at this hotel. Booked online at the last minute when my plans changed. It looked fine on Booking.com but on arrival the place looked very tired and the staff - while friendly and doing their best - have the air of slight desperation in the face of what seems to be a failing business. The restaurant only had one or two customers every time I walked by and was closed and dark by 9pm on the Saturday. My room, an ‘executive room’ was dark and claustrophobic, giving a view only of a brick wall in a little alley. It was in need of a deep clean, with years of grime in the bathroom, on the walls, the carpets and the curtains smelled like cigarette smoke. The worst part though was that my shower wouldn’t give hot water. I assume the mixer is broken. Even turning the knob all the way to hot gave only lukewarm water, so I had to take showers that left me shivering, which is the last thing you want after a long journey. I asked at the front desk and they said they would fix it after the first night, but it wasn’t fixed and I wasn’t offered another room. When I requested a partial refund, which seems reasonable under the circumstances, I was told to email the manager. I’ve done that twice but have not even received a response. I can’t recommend this place. The Swan, directly across the road and right on the river, looks really nice, bright and cheery and was much busier the whole weekend I was there. I wish I had chosen them instead.

Nice, well taken care of room. Bed was comfortable but consisted of two single mattresses pushed together. Breakfast was good with continental buffet plus choice of English breakfast or omelette. Had a nice walk along the Thames river in the morning before my flight from Heathrow and pub across the street was good for dinner. Convenient bus service to Heathrow nearby.

Stayed here last night with my husband we went Thorpe park it’s 2 mins away! Hotel has free parking and breakfast included didn’t eat breakfast as felt very hungover. So can not comment. Staff are ok only saw one person at reception was nice enough room was tiny and I smashed my head on wall really hurt myself you couldn’t swing a cat in the room we stayed in! Felt very stuffy couldn’t wait to leave in morning tbh! Staines high street is walking distance but really rubbish nothing going on there
