Since 2000, every time we travel to Madryn, we stay there. Super warm, family-friendly, and pet-friendly 🥰
Excellent service, all the staff are always very helpful. The location is spectacular.
A very basic place, somewhat lacking in maintenance. It has a large barbecue area with shared grills, which makes it easy to connect with other travelers. They don't offer breakfast.

The place is more for young people who want to have fun, NOT for families, since the rooms are only 1.5 to 1.8 meters wide (tiny) and have bunk beds. The bunks don't have railings and are high up (very dangerous). Finally, pets are allowed, but there's no designated area for them to relieve themselves, so the common areas are covered in urine and there's excrement in the parking lot. At night, since there's no air conditioning, we opened the windows and a cat got in; we were scared. Accepting pets is fine, but you have to organize where they'll be and where they'll relieve themselves. We even had a barbecue where we had to keep some dogs away from the meat.
