Hello, good afternoon. I went to the sauna today and I highly recommend it. It's a very nice place, and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I loved it… 10 out of 10! I love it!!!

This place is ugly, dirty, and filthy. It looks nothing like the photos. It's not a sauna, much less a spa. Don't come to this place! You'll regret it.

Terrible experience. The second time I went, they broke into my locker and stole absolutely everything. I was left in my underwear, unable to communicate, and no one took responsibility. Their security cameras are useless, and then they blocked me on Instagram so I couldn't mention them. Be very careful with that place!

🚫 Very Negative Experience – Not a Sauna or Spa I went to this place on a Friday at 6:00 PM, and from the start, everything felt strange and unclear. The place is in a dark basement, with a very old and poorly maintained structure, and loud techno music that made it impossible to relax at any point. I had to wait outside until someone casually appeared to let me in. I asked if there were other people inside, and they said yes. I paid $7,000, and there was no need to even change my clothes: this is not a sauna or a spa. There is only a dry sauna (no steam), some dark cabins, disco lights, and an atmosphere more like an impromptu club than a place for personal care or wellness. The feeling was one of total disorganization, a lack of discretion, and absolutely no hygiene or tranquility. I had seen photos beforehand that gave a different impression, but the reality was very disappointing. ⭐/5 – Not recommended. This place needs a complete overhaul to be decent and safe.

Update the photos! The images shown for this location are from a previous branch; it doesn't look anything like that now, in fact, it's deteriorated quite a bit.

A wonderful experience, great for meeting people and having a drink in the evening. I haven't been to the sauna yet, but it's perfect for relaxing after a stressful day. The only downside is that the bathrooms need maintenance from time to time, but the late-night sessions are where it really gets going.
