An experience to forget

Bad experience. Booked through the hotel's website. A. They didn't know I had paid for the reservation. B. They assigned me the wrong room (I booked a triple and they assigned me a double). C. The bedside lamp was missing. D. The TV didn't work (they repaired it). In short, a horrible experience.

Advisable...

The people who served us were very friendly, and the room was excellent.

Horrible experience. The receptionists were rude; they show you one thing, and when you arrive, it's another. They advertise a pool, but it supposedly belongs to the neighbor. If the neighbor created the website, we asked for a refund, and they started insulting us. When they finally gave us our money back, they charged us 50,000 pesos for supposedly using the room, which we only used for 30 minutes. It's outrageous; they should be ashamed.

Nice, inexpensive hotel in the city center. It doesn't include continental breakfast, but that's understandable given the price; Puerto Rico is a more basic destination.

Beautiful attention

Good location. No garage. We arrived at 1 am and were very well received. We were comfortable. I would go back. The room has air conditioning, a TV, hot water, and a small refrigerator. There's no fan, and I don't remember seeing an elevator; we used the stairs to get to the rooms. The place is very quiet. I liked it.
