Marcha del Orgullo Corrientes

Corrientes marches in November, when Argentina's whole Pride season peaks — the 15th edition is expected mid-month, following the classic route from the Puente Belgrano along the costanera to the Anfiteatro Jose Hernandez, with the river as backdrop. It's the northeast's proudest afternoon: chamame meets cumbia queer, provincial collectives from across Corrientes and neighbouring Resistencia (just over the bridge in Chaco) converge, and the amphitheatre closing festival runs into the night.
