An incredible experience at this hotel, located in a picture-perfect setting. The staff's attention stood out above all else; they were incredibly friendly and always available to help. Definitely a place to return to.

I loved the service; the reception staff were very friendly and provided everything I needed immediately, and the cleaning staff was impeccable as well. Excellent experience.

Excellent!

The hotel is excellent. Beautiful. Comfortable. With incredible views. Very good service and helpful staff. My husband and I stayed for four nights and couldn't say anything negative about the facilities. However, I have to highlight the awful attitude of the other guests. This, of course, is beyond the hotel's control, but it's what made our experience negative. We had planned to stay longer, but we had to leave because we couldn't stand their rudeness and bad manners anymore. At breakfast time, you go into the common room and politely wish them a good day, and not only do they not even return a "hello," but they look at you with indescribable disgust. It's a real shame the lack of manners and the arrogance of the tourists. They overshadow and ruin the excellence of the place.

We've been staying at this beautiful hotel for a week now. The views are divine, the location fantastic, and the rooms incredibly comfortable and spotless. The breakfast was very complete and delicious. What I want to highlight most is the staff; they are super friendly—the receptionists, the breakfast staff, and the cleaning staff. I would definitely return. The only minor issue is that the pool area isn't heated, so you get cold when you go outside or to the bathroom. Otherwise, everything is impeccable. I would definitely come back; in fact, I hope to return next year.

I would definitely return!! It was truly a beautiful stay with stunning views of the landscape, and the service was top-notch—the entire staff was incredibly attentive and, above all, friendly! We came for our 10th wedding anniversary! We had an excellent time, and the hotel even gave us a sweet treat! We felt very comfortable!

Simply incredible. The hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent. The view is unbelievable. Delicious breakfast. Even the toiletries are impeccable. My hair has never looked as good as it does now after using that conditioner.
