All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Hotel employees overcharged us. We had pre paid for an extra person and they charged us again at checkout. We spent awhile at check in showing them that we had already paid for our extra person and they made it seem resolved but then snuck it in at check out. We were racing to the airport and didn’t see it until we were gone. It took 2 months of calling/emailing and they finally stopped responding. Eventually Marriott corporate refunded the $200 but it was only after hours of our time wasted. Beware the sneaky wrong charges and they will not respond even when you do everything the ask including sending proof.

A practical and dynamic 5-star hotel

Rooms are very clean, quiet, comfortable. My only complaint is pool is closed so dont book here if you want holiday stay. No food past midnight. Elite member roof lounge nice view, but lacking in foodstuffs even during dinner hours
