Excellent guesthouse!

Let me be honest, it's far from everything, you can only get there by car. They have parking, and the service is excellent, I give a 10 to the lady who attended to us on Saturday afternoon when we arrived; she always treated us very well. However, I was unlucky to be in room number 3. My wife couldn't be without her soap opera and the Grêmio game, so the television in that room was a 0 – it didn't work. I spoke to the lady who attended to us, and she said the maintenance person wouldn't arrive until 8 PM. So, I did some magic to get my wife to watch the game, and it worked. Then on Sunday we went for a walk in Farroupilha, and they fixed the TV. The air conditioning also had a problem; I turned it on, adjusted the temperature, and couldn't turn it off. Then the next day, the lady very attentively came, changed the batteries in the remote control, and it worked. In short, things that happened to me could have been avoided. Maintenance on the appliances would be much better and wouldn't take guests by surprise. Speaking of breakfast, there's a good variety of dishes, breads, cakes, and biscuits. Juices, several options, rating 8. I appreciate the kindness and cordiality of the lady who served us and was there every day. It's a guesthouse to visit only once; I won't be back again. I'm giving it 2 stars because of the issues my wife and I had with the TV and air conditioning, which are simple things to avoid. Another issue is the street noise, as it's on a corner and many cars and motorcycles passed by on Saturday night. If you're going to relax, forget about that, not to mention the noise of conversations and people talking on the street.

Excellent service, comfortable beds and a good breakfast, we will definitely return, I recommend it.
