Everything was wonderful.
Terrible experience. The hotel only informed me after booking that the elevator was out of service. I am pregnant and chose this accommodation precisely for its convenience and accessibility, so the lack of an elevator caused significant inconvenience. Furthermore, the location made me feel quite unsafe. There were many people sleeping on the sidewalks in the area, and I didn't feel comfortable walking around, especially being pregnant. The hotel's communication was unhelpful in addressing my concerns. When I inquired about the lack of an elevator, the only response I received was that there were stairs. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of my expectations.
My experience at the Nordeste Palace Hotel was simply wonderful! From reception to the kitchen, I received excellent service. The staff was polite, the atmosphere pleasant, and everything was done with great care and affection. Without a doubt, an excellent experience that made my stay even more special. I highly recommend it! ✨
It's awful, there aren't even blankets in the rooms. One room with 3 people and we're not going to have blankets? It sucks! There was a friend in another room who also didn't have a blanket, so I went downstairs to ask and they said they didn't have any.
