Holiday Inn Goiania by IHG

Negative review. Four frustrating nights at the Holiday Inn. The air conditioning didn't work—and it wasn't an isolated incident: we requested a room change precisely because of this, and the new room had the same defect. The result: four whole days suffering from the heat, unable to rest properly. Unacceptable for a hotel of this size. The service made the experience even worse. The staff was completely inattentive, repeatedly getting our orders wrong. And whenever we called the restaurant, the call was transferred to reception, which also didn't resolve anything. Nobody took responsibility for anything. I do not recommend it. Comfort and service, the minimum one expects from a hotel, simply did not exist here.
