For those who don't demand luxury or sophistication, it can be a reasonable option, mainly due to its location near the city center, despite the deterioration of the nearby streets and the presence of homeless people in some of them, especially at night. It is recommended to avoid the streets leading to the hotel after dark and when businesses close. The breakfast is decent compared to the hotel's standard, and the kitchen staff are always kind and attentive, ready to fulfill any request. A good renovation of the entire hotel would be welcome and necessary, but the resulting increase in costs might eliminate one of its current advantages: the relatively low price of the rooms.
