Sauna Chupps Club

Very nice! Lots of stairs and the saunas are small, however, the atmosphere is great and the staff are kind and helpful. Worth it!

I would like to file a formal complaint and express my deep indignation at the absurd and unacceptable behavior of the owner, Sílvio, of the Cupps Lapa establishment. I have been a regular customer since the establishment opened (back when it was a nightclub). On April 20th, I visited the place. The place was full, but there was only one bartender working (even on quieter days there are usually two). Orders started to take a long time. I went to speak with Sílvio, who strangely didn't even greet me properly, and asked him to call someone to help at the bar. He went to the bar himself to help serve. When it was my group's turn, I asked to add grenadine syrup to our Gin and Tonic (making it clear that we would pay extra for it). As he didn't understand and the music was very loud, I repeated the question a little louder to make myself heard. Out of nowhere, Sílvio started shouting uncontrollably, saying that I was stressed and needed to calm down. I was completely sober and calm when I received an extremely rude and irrational response. All of this happened in front of my friends, my boyfriend, and the bartender, who were completely confused. My night was ruined, and I left to avoid a scene. About two hours later, my friend Pedro sought out Silvio in a quieter place to discuss the situation peacefully. Silvio's reaction was totally disproportionate: he threatened to call security to have Pedro ejected from the establishment if he continued with the matter, saying he had the right to do so. It's revolting to see how the owner treats loyal customers who helped build the business's reputation, now that the place is full and profitable. My friends and I have decided not to frequent either Cupps Lapa or Sauna SB Botafogo anymore. We will not give our money to someone who treats their regular customers in such an unbalanced way. I request that the other partners (who have always shown themselves to be sensible and appropriate) take action regarding this behavior. I demand an official, written apology for myself, my friends, my boyfriend, and especially for Pedro, who was unjustly threatened.

Good afternoon, I am writing to report a situation that left us quite frustrated today regarding entry to Chupps. Upon arrival, we were informed at the entrance that entry was free only until 8 PM. However, this rule was not communicated to us beforehand, which caused confusion. Last week, for example, I entered at 9 PM without any problem, which makes this new restriction even more difficult to understand. Furthermore, I would like to emphasize that we frequent the establishment regularly, including on Mondays, when we usually take advantage of the "replay" hours. My husband and I always consume drinks there, and that is precisely why we were surprised by this new policy. It doesn't make much sense to prevent regular customers from entering, especially since this could negatively affect the establishment itself. As far as I know, there has never been a rule prohibiting entry on Mondays if customers had visited the bar during the week. This sudden change caught us by surprise and left us quite disappointed. As regular customers, we feel this decision is not beneficial for either the customer or Chupps. If the goal is to attract more people or better organize the flow of customers, perhaps it would be helpful to communicate these changes in advance or offer clearer alternatives. Otherwise, the tendency is for customers like us to end up reducing our visits to the establishment, which would be a shame. I hope you can review this policy or, at least, clarify the rules better to avoid future misunderstandings. Thank you in advance for your attention and I look forward to your reply.

I've been going since November and it's getting more crowded every day, which in my opinion is great. However, obviously there will be some issues with cleanliness, drinks, etc., after all there are a lot of crazy men around; but what I see is the staff going out of their way to try to make it run smoothly and they are still attentive and friendly, and that really gets me. Anyone who has been to other saunas and cruising bars will agree that there is no space, cleanliness or good service.

Look, I'm not from Rio, I'm from Aracaju. I went to Chupps for the first time last Saturday and I loved everything. I was treated very well, from the security guard, bartender, cashier, even the cleaning guy (I want to emphasize that the cleaning guy was constantly mopping or wiping surfaces - give him a raise, you know! Haha). The place has everything, people! A place to store your belongings, a wet sauna, a dry sauna, hot and cold showers, even a jacuzzi haha, there's a video room, a dark room, a penis wash area haha, cabins, a dance floor, a bar, and a more exposed sex area that I left for the brave haha. I was speechless at the variety of things this place has! And the best part: I loved meeting Nego Lu there, I even got a little kiss 😍😍😍 Attention to the rating! - Chupps club rating! 10! 👏👏👏

I'm from Santarém, but I came to enjoy my vacation in Rio. Congratulations to the "Pau pra toda obra" party, congratulations to Gaio, simply an incredible party ❤️❤️❤️

Clean. Spacious. Good service. They provided sandals and a towel. The first floor has a dance floor with a projector and music, a bar, a bathroom, and a dark room. On the second floor, there's the sauna itself, lockers, a dry sauna, a hot tub (for a maximum of 2 people), showers, and a steam room. On the third floor, there's a dark room, cabins (we knew they were for rent because there were already people in them), a smoking area, and bathrooms. We went on a weekday and were able to enjoy ourselves peacefully. We saw that they host events and went on Saturday, January 24, 2026, to an event where, for 90R (R$90), there was a party from 4:00 PM to 5:00 AM with an open bar starting at 11:00 PM. I recommend checking out their website where they post their events.

I visited the place, was warmly welcomed, observed good hygiene, Matheus from the bar was super attentive, Felipe was wonderful, and the night security guard was very attentive to everything. I will return and recommend it.
