The service is mediocre: I accidentally booked the wrong dates and asked the helpdesk for help. There was zero cooperation and very little service provided to help me rebook my stay. If you like to be treated like a stray dog, I would recommend booking this hotel chain.

If you read the hotel reviews on Booking.com, you'll see it's very well-rated, especially for its service. And in fact, it truly lives up to the hype! I've never stayed in a place with such a warm and welcoming reception. The staff resolve guests' issues easily, quickly, and always with a smile (especially Jessica). There are some issues, as with any hotel, such as the walls not being completely soundproof and the cleaning product used in the rooms having a strong smell, but for the price, it's worth it. Plus, it's close to a gym, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant, and a shopping mall—in other words, everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I'm giving Jessica, the hotel agent, a perfect score. She's the only person who surprised me during any hotel stay. Her service was excellent. She helped me a lot and even offered me tea or coffee and served me – something that had never happened before. Therefore, I recommend the Andrade hotel chain to have her as a permanent member of staff; she's a great employee. Jessica was a 100000/10! Because of this service, I would always return to the hotel.

Great experience, top-notch team, super attentive. I only have one suggestion: it would be GREAT if there was a wheelchair available for support, since the hotel is near the Sarah Kubitschek Hospital and some people who have surgery need the support of a wheelchair. Other than that, we are satisfied.

I stayed overnight from the 14th to the 15th, in room 309, and unfortunately we had a very bad experience. In the middle of the night, the room developed a leak that soaked the entire side of the bed and all my clothes and equipment that were on the floor. I had to ask reception for a hairdryer to try and save my clothes and I spent until 2 am drying them. I also asked them to change the bed linen, since the original one was soaked. To be honest, I didn't understand where the water was coming from. The thing is, I needed to wake up at 5 am. We were really dissatisfied.

Great experience, wonderful service from the reception and cleaning staff, very good coffee, I recommend it for families or solo travelers, I came for work but also for leisure, the pool isn't very crowded, very peaceful, thank you for the stay.
