Hotel El Araucano

A bad experience regarding breakfast hours; 7:15 AM is late compared to what other hotels in this category offer. On April 23rd, more than 10 people were waiting for breakfast to be set up. The chef hadn't arrived, and only one person was preparing the service. This resulted in delays at the start of the day for every guest. There was no manager or administrator available to provide any answers.

In most hotels breakfast starts at 6 am, here it's later and there's very little staff at breakfast time, so things run out quickly.

Reliable, centrally located, and clean

I love it! You can have lunch, breakfast, or share a dinner in the evening. It's family-friendly, although they also have a more bohemian atmosphere upstairs. The place is very nice, the bathrooms are functional and very clean, and the service is 10/10. I would add more variety to their menu, although everything is delicious, and perhaps some entertainment like playing lottery cards with prizes... just to add more dynamism, maybe on Thursdays/Fridays or something like that.

Very traditional... I returned to the hotel after 15 years. Pleasant atmosphere

First, there were very few staff members at breakfast time, clearly showing a lack of concern for their own well-being, which negatively impacted the service. Furthermore, there was a shortage of breakfast items, indicating poor service in this area, and finally, no manager was available. A very bad experience; I wouldn't return and I don't recommend it.
