For the price, you expect better. The beds aren't very comfortable; they're small. The air conditioning didn't work, and the reception staff were awful—curt and completely unwelcoming. They forced us to pay an extra $50 deposit on our credit card for potential damage to the room, saying they'd check it and refund us if everything was okay. We'd never had that happen before! 😐 You go to a hotel expecting a warm welcome and a good time, and obviously you pay for that, but you definitely don't find it there. We had much better experiences at simpler hotels.

Overall, the hotel has good infrastructure, spacious rooms, a nice restaurant, a very modern outdoor area, and an excellent heated pool. The views from the windows are beautiful, and the hotel's location is ideal. The downside is the staff and some aspects of the service. They should improve their HR department to ensure staff selection meets the standards of international tourism. The reception area is where the service is worst, and that's where they should choose their best employees. I recommend the hotel itself, but not the service. Key aspects are lacking, such as increasing the amount of tableware for breakfast, and regarding towels, they should remove those that are frayed or in poor condition.

Very good at taking money but very, very bad at providing solutions. The hotel needs cleaning and maintenance.

Comfortable room and good breakfast

I really liked the service, the attention was pleasant, even though I arrived at night. They recommended the pool in the afternoon, so I'll let you know how it goes once I try it.

Excellent location, good security and a wonderful view

I thought it would be better, since it's an international chain. The location is good.
