We spent a weekend there for my husband's birthday, and honestly, the hotel was very disappointing. I don't think it deserves two stars at all. The only somewhat pleasant thing was the water slides, which, while fun, are very unsafe and have loose parts that pose a risk to anyone's safety. In addition, I saw two human excrements in the pool, and they let the children continue swimming without cleaning it up. There was trash, beer cans, terrible housekeeping, dirty bathrooms, awful rooms, cockroaches, unusable toilets, and they trip the circuit breakers so you can't leave the air conditioning on. We will definitely not be returning.

The price increased, and the management was a disaster. They didn't provide much information, and when you spoke to them, they didn't pay much attention, especially a thin, young woman who seemed to have no interest in customer service. You can no longer stay more than five people in a single room without any explanation. We had to find accommodation elsewhere.

It's a great place to spend time with family. I'm giving it 4 stars because there are details of the facilities and general amenities that could be improved.

We were a group of four adults and two children a couple of days ago. During the day, everything was perfect, as the children were able to enjoy all the water slides and pools. However, in terms of hotel services, I think it's the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. At night, an employee left a tap running, and the entire first floor flooded. We had to get up at 2:00 AM to bail the water out of the room. The air conditioning was inadequate, the pillows were the worst I've ever seen, and the sheets smelled like they hadn't been washed. To top it all off, a family arrived at 2:00 AM, drunk, singing and playing their car radio, which was parked next to the rooms, so we couldn't sleep, and the person in charge didn't say anything to them. The effort the owner has put into the water slides and pools has been offset by the hotel's overall quality. In short, it's advisable to pay for a day pass but not to stay overnight.

Everything is great, the only downside is that the pools have a tiled edge, and when you're wet, it's very easy to slip and fall hard. It happened to me personally. They should really pay attention to that detail.

You ask for prices over the phone and when you arrive they give you different ones; high prices, bad service 🤙

Terrible service, or rather, a horrible experience. The hotel policy states that rooms are handed over at 1 pm, but they didn't hand them over until 5 pm. However, the next day they made you hand over your room at 1 pm. The rooms on the first floor flooded. It's awful; there's a lack of security at the pool. There's only one lifeguard, a danger to children. It leaves nothing to be desired. I will never return.
