I had a very pleasant stay after switching hotels several times due to dissatisfaction. I stayed here for four weeks and can give the following feedback: * Nice, solid rooms * The location is excellent and central (5–7 minutes walking distance to the beach, the promenade, and Larcomar; Kennedy Park is also very close) * Ideal for a longer stay * The staff are very friendly and helpful * Great value for money in my opinion (there are very few, if any, hotels in this location and quality at this price) * Breakfast is decent * Of course, it can sometimes be noisy due to street traffic, honking cars, or construction work, but that’s standard in Lima * If I come back to Lima, I will definitely stay here again

It's a good place. Functional and clean. Just what you need for a business trip. Perhaps the breakfast could be better.

Excellent. Very nice room. Very quiet hotel and more than adequate breakfast. The staff's service is outstanding. My suggestion would be to add a shower in the toilet area, as there is no bidet or hairdryer.

During my stay, a poorly installed melamine shelf in the closet collapsed while I was putting clothes on it and closing my suitcase, without any misuse on my part. Even so, the hotel charged me a $50 penalty instead of taking responsibility for the defective and unsafe furniture, putting guest safety at risk. In addition, the breakfast was very poor quality, with few options and terrible service. Poor management, lack of professional judgment, and zero consideration for the guest. Excellent location for exploring Miraflores, in a very safe area. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Areas for improvement include dim lighting in the rooms and a better breakfast. Overall, a good option due to its location.

Excellent experience! Spacious and clean room, very friendly and helpful service, breakfast included, and the location is perfect. Highly recommended!
