The croissants at the cafeteria are excellent.

Very nice, comfortable, and very well located, steps from one of the nicest shopping malls and the waterfront promenade. Executive menu and 5-star service.

They advertise a room for four people, but there are only two double beds (I had to make my 15- and 5-year-old children sleep together) because otherwise I would have had to pay $20 for an extra bed, and I was shocked because we paid for four people. The room service was awful; they didn't change the sheets in the five days we were there, they didn't sweep, and they certainly didn't dust the furniture. I had to complain to get four glasses because I explained that there were four of us and that we had paid for four. The shampoo and conditioner were terrible; the latter ran out on the second day of my vacation and they never refilled it. The location itself is good. It's close to shopping and the waterfront. The sauna, jacuzzi, and exercise room are free, but the exercise equipment is limited.

Very friendly, all prices were reasonable.

As with every one of my stays, it was a pleasure to stay at Palladium. Thank you.

Great hotel, but when a lot of people come down for breakfast at once, the staff can't cope.
