Château Fredericton

I had a great stay at Chateau Fredericton. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly from check-in to check-out. The room was bright, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus with a good selection to start the morning, and having complimentary coffee available was appreciated throughout my stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent value for money

We stayed at Chateau Fredericton for my son's baseball tournament using the accessible room. There's plenty of space in the accessible room and acceszuble bathroom as well as all of the common areas. Enough space that I used my small accessibility scooter and left my manual wheelchair in the van for the entire weekend! Lots of safety bars around the toilet and shower. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. We had a great stay!

Kids loved the water slide

We absolutely loved this place. We don't travel much at all. My wife and I decided to head out east on a last minute adventure with our dog Echo. He is an 8 year old golden retriever. We drove 12 hours stopping for the dog, from Ottawa after staying in a horrible hotel there. We got to Fredricton, looked up dog friendly 4 star hotels and found this amazing place. The Chateau Fredricton. Walked in tired from the drive just praying they had a dog friendly room and thankfully they did. The lady that helped me was so nice she asked me a few questions to see if we qualified for a discount and to my surprise due to my wife's work we got a free upgraded room. The room was spotless and huge! The carpets were freshly cleaned. It's the largest hotel room I've ever been in. My wife also said the shampoo and conditioner is good quality. They also have a pool and waterslide that we didn't get a chance to use because our dog has seperation anxiety and we would never leave him in the room alone. Anyway we absolutely loved this hotel!! 5 stars all around. Greatest hotel we have ever stayed at! Stay tuned for my review of the nightmare stay we had in Ottawa. Lol

The staff at front desk was so compassionate to our situation. They are a very kind group of individuals. Mary you have no idea how u made a bad situation a little easier. Thank you for all your kindness.

The Chateau in Saint John, New Brunswick, is simply outstanding. As a cancer patient going through radiation, Chemo they made me feel like family! The atmosphere and décor are beautiful, and the continental breakfast is truly top-notch—one of the best we’ve ever had 100% My husband is a denturist own CGM Fredericton so we know hard it is to run a business, its hard work and dedication and it helps that you have a wonderful team. I've stayed in many hotels around the world—this was truly one of the best for sure !I have 4.4 Million followers on Google that proof enough my word is true and genuine (Every) staff member went above and beyond. Lucas played guitar for us in the lobby on days off when he didnt have to., and Trudy in the kitchen is a gem. Sarah, Abby, Theresa, Brooklyn, Haven, Rachel, and Tasha made every day brighter and had me feel right at home from the start . Housekeeping was hardworking and so accommodating. The general manager is doing a fantastic job.and proud to have met him.personaly and it shows in every detail in this Hotel of his dedication. I can't thank you enough Sarah for what you done for me it brought me to happy tears , They even chose me for a presidential suite upgrade when I was going through a tough day, and I’ll never forget, what they done for me . TRULY ! As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to keep this level of dedication, and they truly deliver. I’ve spent over a month here, and while I’m excited to finish my treatment next week , I will absolutely miss them (all ), as they are like a second family indeed . The laughter, the songs we sang in the lobby the hugs.and goodbye to the ones I met along the way Ill keep close to my heart , Ill miss the sunroof chats—unforgettable laughter . I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you all from the the bottom of my heart you truly made this experience even though what I'm going through actually a good one Because of whom you all are and if it wasn't for your staff it couldn't have been possible, so thank you once again all of you (truly)keep shining like you do!
