Sauna Centre-Ville

This sauna is getting increasingly empty. Where are the customers? Charging $26 when there are only 5 customers isn't a blatant rip-off? Furthermore, the cleanliness is deteriorating. The employees are far from all working in maintenance like Pierre, which is a real shame. The English-speaking cashier needs to be replaced urgently! Customers aren't there to take orders from him.

Clean, attentive staff, varied clientele

When it's very hot and you want to use the air conditioning, I was called a drug addict. Avoid it and don't go to the Oasis; it's even owned by them.

Bring back 5@7 like it was in 2019 $5.75 the place was shoulder to shoulder... full house to capacity. Had to stand in a line up to get a shower. Wait your turn to enjoy the hot tub Sauna and turco both FULL Now it’s lonely a few old geezers that’s it. Almost completely empty. COVID didn’t kill this business. Changing it for. $5.75 to $16 killed it. Because there was Peopel who would go nearly 7 days a week just to get out of the apartment or house. I liked this sauna because it was no drugs. No meth heads, Just some old guys smoking cigarettess old creepy men being old creepy men haha. O well

I have to give it a three. The cleanliness of the place, especially the sauna. Twice in March, the sauna smelled bad. You couldn't see the bottom even when it was off. Regulation R2Q39 requires public baths to maintain specific water parameters. Equipment must be installed to inject chlorine and adjust the pH. And the water must be drained regularly, even daily. This wasn't the case here. Yet it used to be clean. The sheets should be changed more often.

Went on a Saturday night and Sunday Afternoon.. Both times it was fairly busy with about 40-50 men (mainly older).. The facilities were clean and I did not notice too much of a tobacco smell. The Hottub was clean and working well. Both the dry and wet sauna were also clean and smelled fine. I observed the staff cleaning the wet sauna multiple times throughout my visits, same with the shower area. Overall a good experience. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to escape the cold!

Very few people and 95% of their client are 65years and up and you will never see any person less than that, too bad as is not as used to be in the past I wish the owner change the price to get more people and I suggest 10hrs for $25 and put back free towel change as use to be before the Pandemic

This is my go to place if Gia Joe is packed great and amazing staff !!

The most terrible place ! the staff are mean and horrible to the guests lot of stealing going on smell is awful disgusting place ! Save your money !
