I only stayed one night but they staff were great! Parking was a little confusing but figured it out. The little room with the goodies by the desk is Hella expensive.. I pay $5 bucks for a little thing of apple juice. Like 300ml.... for $5. That was disappointing. But overall okay.

Parking with a larger vehicle can present a challenge so arrive early and you won't be disappointed

Rooms are nice, shower needs updating, as very low pressure. Breakfast was good and the lady we had both mornings was a pleasure to deal with.

Great value. It's not luxurious but we paid a fair price for a nice room. And the complimentary warm chocolate cookie at check-in was great.

Ambiance is very nice and clean.

Double trees are usually great , not this one. Was met with rudeness and pushback for simple asks. Had issues with old AC units in the rooms , very cold , moldy and dusty , due to their outdated recycled air systems. if you have any type of allergy , you are out of luck. They refused to help when it came to simple requests like turning OFF AC unit in your room (??) , and was told by manager they are require to stay on at full blast blowing cold air 24/7 (??) . So as a guest have you zero control of regulating room temp to your comfort and health safety level (never ever had this happen in ANY hundreds of hotel rooms I’ve stayed at) and if possible to change rooms due to this issue (again, met with weird unprofessionalism from both overnight front desk receptionist and his daytime manager ) . I travel for work and this is first time ever I’ve ever such horrible customer service and guest experience, that’s how bad it was ***** Again, special mention goes to overnight front desk receptionist and his direct manager for being extra non-accommodating and ignorant . Colleagues had similar complaints as well as noise levels. Ended up sick for over a week with sinus infection and chest cold due to their willful negligence. Will never stay there again, 💯 do NOT recommend.

Our room was booked by our insurance company for my husbands surgery the next morning!! No one did their job properly and we drove 3 hrs there and when the insurance company phoned them EVERY LEVEL from supervisor to manager was called and everyone told our insurance company NO not how can we fix it just NO!!!!! Had to reschedule and will be staying at the Ramada by wynham across the street!!! Maybe they didn't like that he is in a wheel chair or that I looked like I needed a nap after packing the truck and traveling All day!!

Great hotel. Very clean. Wonderful staff and service.
