We’re seated in the cafe section with NO AC! They had fans going in 24 degree weather… I’m not really following why the AC wasn’t on? Idk.

The ac was broken in this hotel, and there wasn’t a circle k I could walk to by myself.

Came late and still treated with kindess excellent staff members

Fantastic food and service 👌 everyone was so friendly.

My husband and I went for steak frites, the cut of steak was horrible, it looked stretchy and rubbery. When we got home we were both incredibly ill. 0/10, I do not recommend.

Had an incredible experience at The Drake Hotel. The atmosphere is vibrant, artistic, and full of character, making it much more than just a place to stay—it feels like a cultural experience in itself. The rooms are stylish, clean, and comfortable, with a unique boutique design that stands out. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The food and drinks were excellent, and the overall vibe of the hotel—especially the lounge and common areas—was lively and creative. It’s a perfect spot for travelers who want both comfort and a trendy social atmosphere in the heart of Toronto. Overall, a fantastic stay. I would definitely recommend The Drake Hotel and look forward to visiting again.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I attended a party at their underground venue. The crowd was a bit disappointing, but the staff were super fun and made the night enjoyable.

Went for the Drag brunch with Miss Moco who was amazing. Food and drinks were great.

Came to the restaurant on Victoria Day, it was not busy and yet it was the worst service my girlfriend and I have had. Our server asked us for water and did not mention that still water was extra until the bill came. We then ordered and our food was handed to the wrong table on 3 separate occasions. Our steak frites was given to the wrong table, our Mac and cheese was handed to the wrong table and then returned and had to ask where it was to receive it, our cheesecake was handed to the wrong table again and my cheese cake had cherry seeds still in it. The waitress also went to pour our water recklessly and spilt it on the table and didn’t care to notice. Overall would not come back based on the service alone
