Loving it there

One server on for vlt’s , bar service , food orders , popcorn machine , clean up. Absolutely ridiculous that anyone has to wait anywhere for these services. ,,,,,,tapped my feet to a whole song waiting to cash in a ticket and still ,,,,, still never got service and then she came and collected empties by my machine. ,,, what ??? Hopeless. Haven’t been there in quite some time but to spend money on drinks and vlt’s and have zero service is mind blowing !!!! Maybe hire some staff ???

2 adults and 3 kids can get a suit which has a living room with a large TV and 2 bedrooms. One has a king size bed with a tv, phone, slippers and a robe. The other gas a queen bed, tv and a phone. Vanity and sink and a small bathroom that has a tub, shower and toilet. Very spacious for families. Spotless room and awesome waterslide, small pool and a hot tub. There is a gambling place but be careful at night. Altos waitress sat us down at a table, got us beverages and we told her that we knew what we wanted to order. She said ok and said that she would be right back. 35 minutes later we still had not been able to order. The kids wanted pancakes from their children's menu. Sadly we had to leave because we had many things to do that day. Will definitely stay here again but we won't go to Altos just to be completely ignored. There were 3 other couples that came in after us and they received service. Idc how you treat me but my kids are a different story. They are innocent and they were sad and disappointed that they couldn't have breakfast in a restaurant. We ended up going to A&W drive thru.

If you get a chance to visit, hopefully Marzi is the one helping book your room. She's very polite and quite professional and has a sense of urgency on all room calls. Highly recommended.

Staff are afraid to talk with unruly guests that make noise at all hours of the night.

Well… to start it off we arrived to check in at 345pm, hotel when booking stayed 4pm was check in time. We were told at check in that the room is not ready and we were told to wait. We watched people who arrived after us get in a room before us. 1hour later we got our room. I asked another family who was also waiting for their room if they booked on a booking site. We both had booked our rooms through booking.com and it was clear that people who used a booking site were being made to wait for a room while other people who were checking in after us got their rooms. Total bullshit. I will never book here again and I don’t think I will book at any canad inn again. I have never had that happen booking a hotel room through a booking site. Rooms were decent but could have been cleaner. Hallways were load at night. Pool was small but kids loved the slide. Hot tub was really shallow. Atlas Resturant had really good food. The waiting an hour after check in time for a room was a bad start to our stay and front desk staff employee wasn’t very apologetic to me but was towards my children. During our wait for the room front staff employee was crying at one point. She seemed really stressed out.

Room was so muggy and nothing helped. Ac was twist tied so we couldn't use it to help with moisture. Could hear everything, other rooms alarms, coughing, even the next room using the bathroom. Cowboys was so loud thursday and friday night it was hard to get to sleep and stay asleep. Waterside was fun but stairs to it were disgusting and looked like they haven't been cleaned in awhile. Location not great, you have to drive to get to anything
