Overall a nice bar but clearly a tourist trap, with prices crazy for Mexico city. Please stay away if you are not willing to pay 180 pesos for a bottle of warm water. Soooo here comes the story. We were offered some water as soon as we sat and before we got the drinks menu, so we didn't know how much was it. Thirsty as we were, we agreed. We ended up paying 180 pesos (around 9€) for a water bottle that had been on that table for god knows how long, so it was REALLY warm. Paying 9€ for a bottle of warm water is just ridiculous, especially in Mexico city (it would also be ridiculous in Europe tbh). Service was nice, although way too pushy. We were constantly asked if we wanted to drink something else, although we still had the half of our drinks left. Overall a tourist trap. Please stay away if you are not willing to pay a fortune to drink warm water 🙃

Staying here this week and usually like Marriott Bonvoy properties. The room is quite small and feels dated and used. Rug under bed is ratty and the outlets are hard to reach. There is a small water bottle left on the bedside but no cups or glasses. No robes only slippers. For this type of hotel by habitas and the rates, I was a bit disappointed. The location and surrounding area is great. The “balcony” is just a little window and not really a balcony. It feels disappointing as I was hoping to show my friend a cool spot in CDMX as it’s his first time. (EDIT: the staff was super proactive and offered us a better room. It was generous and prompt in dealing with our comments. Appreciated it.

I went for lunch and it was truly an amazing experience! The place is fantastic, the atmosphere is top-notch, and the food is excellent! I highly recommend it for a great time!

It’s a true architectural landmark. The building was originally designed as housing for young families—an ambitious attempt by the architect to create a kind of utopian ecosystem. But the idea was probably too radical for its time, and it was never fully realized. Today, it’s been transformed into a boutique hotel. The inner courtyard is stunning—honestly, it feels almost surreal. Make sure to go up to the terrace for beautiful views over Condesa. The music deserves a special mention—it really adds to the whole atmosphere. And the restaurant on the ground floor is excellent. I tried to think of any downsides, but couldn’t come up with a single one.

Having paid $500+ a night for pleasure of staying here, I was not expecting the experience to feel like a Ryan Air flight. Alas… milk in your coffee at breakfast? Extra. Avocado at breakfast? Extra. Warm bottled water forced on you for $11. Oh and no pictures allowed in the hotel. The design, location, overall concept remain interesting, but the whole thing is now quite tired and the service is poor. I should have read the other comments before booking…

I love the attention, the brunch, the service, it's pet-friendly, and the food is delicious.

Service moves like Maria Felix, always present. The atmosphere is chic, an artistic warmth. A bottle of Saratoga Sparkling Water glistens in hand, a witness to refreshment. At the entrance, a vintage car parking confident. A Hotel for resting or having a intimate encounter. Yosef
