Secret Coffee & Beer

We went on an event day. So that worked both for and against us in my opinion. To begin with, they say 3 pm, Maps says they open at 3 pm, and they didn't actually open until 3:30 pm... that day we ordered liters of beer, wings, and fries... the liters came quickly, but it took almost an hour for the food to arrive... we had even asked for snacks because we weren't sure about the other options. That's when the girl realized they hadn't brought our food and told us it was coming soon and asked if we still wanted the nachos. I said yes because I thought they would be faster than the other thing that came in a deep fryer. She said she'd check, but in the end, they didn't bring them, haha. Anyway, one thing they did in their favor was offer us extra bacon on the fries for free because of the delay. And when we left, they also took forever to pay. They suggest a 12% tip, which isn't mandatory, but they calculate it that way on your receipt. The drag show was very good. Would I go back? Maybe, but I'd be prepared to avoid ordering certain foods.

It's one of the best places in Puebla dedicated to the LGBT+ community. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and good shows—perfect for having a good time with friends and meeting new people.

A girl just posted a negative review of the place, and as a customer, I saw her arrive in a bad mood, refusing to pay a tip. She said her backpack was stolen, but she arrived empty-handed. Secret is a place for everyone; it's been around for a while for a reason.

I was just robbed today and the waitresses were nowhere to be seen. I never post bad things, only when I get robbed.

Good place but they take too long to serve you unless it's just beer; they have a good show but you have to be very patient to get served.
