Hotel Suites Puebla

The place is very old, the TV has no remote and barely works, everything is old and stuff, the bed is awful with sticking springs and they don't take care of the elderly, there are cockroaches, and the photos they put up are nothing like the actual place.

It's suitable for short stays, not for living in. It needs maintenance and updated equipment.

If you're expecting a typical hotel with comfortable amenities, views, and a few nice touches in the rooms, you're out of luck. It's for families who want nothing more than what a standard family suite offers. Beyond that, everything is just average, as described.

Inexpensive if you're traveling in a group. There's no cable TV, and the TV doesn't have a remote control. The rooms have a kitchenette.

It looked good in the photos, so I booked through Expedia since the price seemed pretty good, but once I arrived I realized why 😰 The facilities are quite old, there's no hot water for showering, there's only a mini electric grill for cooking (luckily it wasn't needed), the Wi-Fi is pretty bad, and worst of all… there were bed bugs in my bed 😨

It requires a lot of maintenance.

There are cockroaches and the beds are in terrible condition
