United and Strong Inc

United and Strong Inc. is Saint Lucia's longest-running LGBTQ+ rights organisation, founded in the early 2000s and based in Castries. Its work includes advocacy for legal reform, HIV prevention and support, documenting discrimination and violence, and peer support for local LGBTQ+ people. Saint Lucia still has colonial-era laws against same-sex intimacy, and public attitudes are conservative, so the group does not run a public drop-in venue. We have no address or contact details on file. Visitors who want local contacts should reach the organisation through its official social media.
